Video Stroke Analysis: $35
If you live in the Colorado Springs area, I can meet with you in person for a 30 minute analysis session. Otherwise someone can video tape your swimming stroke, post in online and I can view it and provide feedback.
Program 1: $75
Includes 1 video stroke analysis and one month of coaching with 8 workouts, 2 each week, specifically designed for you!
Program 2: $100
Includes video stroke analysis and one month of coaching including up to 16 workouts, 4 each each week, specific to your needs!
3 Months Program 1: $180
3 Months Program 2: $250
Once you have signed up for a program, I will contact you to find out your current skill and yardage level. Then I will develop a program/workouts to fit your needs and goals.
